By purchasing a Commercial Use License from Myco‑Verse Productions, you are granted permission to use the licensed track in your professional, creative, or revenue-generating works — within the following guidelines:

• Approved Use Cases

  • Monetized YouTube, Twitch, or podcast content
  • TV, film, trailers, ads, promotional videos
  • Apps, games, or software with sound integration
  • Live performances, DJ sets, theater, or exhibits
  • Background audio for physical venues or events
  • Streaming platforms, reels, shorts, or branded posts
• Attribution Required
  You must visibly credit the music whenever possible in digital, printed, or streamed works using the following format: “Track Title” by The Mushroom Network © [release year] – Myco‑Verse Productions. All rights reserved.
  If attribution is not possible (e.g., in paid ads, silent loops, etc.), please notify us during your license purchase so we can issue a modified use addendum.
• Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable
  This license is non-exclusive and tied to the registered purchasing account or entity. You may not sell, sublicense, mint as NFT, or assign the license to another individual, brand, or distributor.
• Allowed Modifications
  You may edit, loop, fade, EQ, or adapt the track to fit your production (e.g., background scoring, stingers, intros). However, you may not remix, resell, or distribute the standalone modified track itself outside of your project context.
• Distribution Limitations
  The track may be used inside commercial works but may not be offered as a downloadable or standalone file. It cannot appear in sound libraries, stock platforms, compilations, or sample packs.
• Sync Licensing Compliance
  This license functions as a sync license, allowing you to synchronize the music with video or visual media. For film, broadcast, or large-scale release (>100K reach), additional clearance or reporting may be requested.
• License Revocation
  If any terms are violated — including improper attribution, redistribution, or unauthorized sublicensing — the license is revoked. You will be required to remove the music from all platforms and cease all use immediately.
