WAV QUALITY ADDENDUM

(Attaches to Personal, Commercial, or Enterprise License)

1. Purpose – Grants Licensee access to 24-bit / 44.1 kHz (or higher) WAV masters for Tracks already licensed in MP3 form.

2. Fee

   • Personal Use: + $2 USD per Track

   • Commercial Use / Enterprise: + $10–15 USD per Track (quote provided at checkout)

3. Delivery – Secure download link within 3 business days; includes checksum & license key.

4. Rights – WAV files inherit all terms and limitations of the underlying MP3 license. No additional usage rights are granted.

5. File Integrity – Any audible or metadata watermark must remain intact.

6. No Refunds – WAV upgrade fees are non-refundable once delivery is confirmed.
