PERSONAL USE LICENSE POLICY

1 · Grant of Rights
Upon purchase of the Track (MP3 320 kbps) you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and store the Track on devices you personally own.
Play it privately for your own, direct listening enjoyment.
Keep unlimited backup copies for personal use.
2 · Prohibitions
You may NOT:

| Distribution | Upload, stream, post, file-share, message, or publicly playlist the Track. |
| Creative Use | Sync to video, podcast, livestream, slideshow, game, app, VR, AR, or any art project—even if non-commercial. |
| Alteration | Remix, sample, loop, isolate stems, or otherwise edit for public use. |
| Performance | Play in venues, events, clubs, or broadcasts. |
| Resale/Transfer | Sell, rent, sublicense, lend, gift, NFT-mint, or register any part of the Track. |
| AI/ML | Use the Track as training data for machine-learning models. |
3 · License Key & Verification
A unique digital key (visible or inaudible watermark) is embedded in every download and linked to your MVP account/e-mail. Use of a revoked, counterfeit, or unverified key triggers immediate takedown actions.
4 · Anti-Piracy & Penalties
Unlicensed public use subjects violators to:
$2,500 USD per unauthorized public performance or post, plus
Statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. §504, attorneys’ fees, and DMCA takedown costs.
5 · Upgrade Path
To employ the Track in any creative, public, or monetized context you must upgrade to a Commercial Use License. You will need to present your Personal license key as proof of ownership.
6 · Term & Termination
This license remains valid until breached. Any violation of §2 terminates rights instantly; all copies must be destroyed.
7 · Governing Law & Venue
Florida & U.S. Federal copyright law; venue = Suwannee County, FL.
Downloading the Track constitutes full acceptance of this Policy.
